Each auction shows an opening offer, current leading offer, and countdown. When time ends, the highest confirmed offer acquires the work.
Yes. Works marked for direct sale can be acquired immediately at the listed price.
Your Vault Balance is wallet funds you add for faster bidding and checkout. You can deposit or request payouts from your dashboard.
Works are vetted by our curatorial team and include a Certificate of Provenance or Certificate of Authenticity, with artist signature when applicable.
Yes. We use insured global delivery. Customs or import fees may apply per destination policy.
Most listings include a 14 day return window. If a work arrives damaged or materially different from the description, contact support for resolution.
Use the Vault Dashboard and Vault Transaction Log for offers, acquisitions, deposits, payouts, and invoices.

Bids are generally binding until the auction ends. If you made an obvious error, contact support immediately with the listing ID for review.
Tap Save or Follow on a listing or artist to receive email or dashboard alerts about bids, price changes, and closing times.
Many listings display estimated shipping at checkout. For custom crates or oversized works, request a pre-bid quote via the Contact link on the listing.
On select listings, yes. Availability appears in the Shipping section. Pickup requires ID verification and a signed receipt.
Prices display in the marketplace currency with a live estimate for your region when available. Your bank or card sets final conversion rates.
Yes. Works ship with insurance and tracking unless otherwise noted. Claims require unboxing photos and carrier documentation.
Yes. Listings include known provenance. For deeper research, request a summary from our team when available for that work.
Your order is held briefly so you can retry or use another method. Repeated failures may release the work to the next eligible offer.
Apply via Join as an Artist. Submit your Artist Bio, portfolio, and identity details. After approval you can list works under the correct category.
High quality images, accurate dimensions, medium, year, condition, and a clear provenance statement. Include edition information when relevant.
Commission varies by sale type and category. You will see exact fees before publishing a listing or accepting an offer.
Yes. You can set a confidential reserve price that must be met for the work to sell.
After a successful sale and buyer confirmation, submit a payout request from your Wallet. Track status in your Payout Log.
You can choose artist-fulfilled or Vault-coordinated shipping. For high value works we recommend insured packing standards and documentation photos.
Provide a signed Certificate of Authenticity or a Certificate of Provenance. Include studio stamps, signatures, and relevant documentation.
Yes. You can choose auction, direct sale, or switch status between them before any offers are placed.
Maintain a complete profile, upload clear images, write a strong Artist Bio, and opt into featured placements when available.
Allowed when presented with dignity and consent, compliant with local laws, and clearly labeled Boudoir & Figurative Works.
Yes until an offer is placed. After an offer, contact support to request a critical correction with documentation.
Yes. Clearly disclose edition size, numbering, print method, and any hand-finishing details.
Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Keep your tax profile current to receive accurate year end statements for your records.
Orders have a payment window. If missed, the order can be canceled and the work may be offered to the next eligible bidder or relisted.
Yes. Pitch upcoming series or exhibitions through your dashboard. Curators review for Journal and homepage features.
You retain copyright unless explicitly licensed. The Vault may use your images to market your listing and profile within the platform.
