Create Your Seller Account

Begin by registering as a verified creator. Provide your details, identity verification, and preferred payment method to ensure a secure experience. Once approved, you’ll gain access to your Seller Dashboard, where you can manage listings, monitor auctions, and track payouts.

Describe Your Work

Present your creation with care and detail. Include the title, medium, year of creation, and any provenance or exhibition history that adds depth to your piece. Authenticity builds trust, and trust drives meaningful connections between artist and collector.

Set Your Sale Terms

Determine your starting bid or reserve price — the minimum you’re willing to accept. Choose an auction duration between five and seven days (or more) based on your strategy. Melanated Vault™ applies a standard 20 percent seller commission (with premium placements up to 30 percent) and a 5 to 10 percent buyer’s fee. This model keeps our marketplace sustainable while ensuring creators keep the majority of their revenue.

Showcase with Intention

Upload high-resolution images that represent your work in its best light. Capture every detail that reveals texture, color, and craftsmanship. Our curatorial team, led by The Artful Mane Gallery, reviews all listings to maintain the quality and integrity that define the Vault.

Engage and Observe

Once your work goes live, watch as collectors explore and engage. You’ll receive updates in real time as bids arrive and can respond to inquiries directly through your Seller Dashboard. Every interaction adds depth to your creative story — a relationship built on art and appreciation.

Complete the Sale

When your auction closes successfully, you’ll receive an official confirmation along with payment instructions. Funds are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal and released within five to seven business days after delivery confirmation. Package your artwork carefully using archival-safe materials and coordinate insured shipping through our approved carriers. All deliveries are carbon-neutral through EcoDrive and Stripe Climate, ensuring your sale contributes to both art and environmental sustainability.
